Cleats and mooring ropes on the historic Mississippi Queen steam-powered passenger cruise boat moored in downtown St Paul participating in a flotilla of nine riverboats in the Grand Excursion 2004 a week-long 400 mile journey on the Mississippi River starting from the Quad Cities of Iowa and Illinois and arriving in St Paul on July 3rd 2004 recreating the original boat excursion of 1854 celebrating the first railroad connection to the upper Mississippi.
